BF-PRO is pleased to announce Ryan Zermeño as a new member of our creative production team.
Ryan Zermeño is definitely a one-of--a-kind person. At age 21, he has already danced Flamenco professionally for 12 years. (His first show was with Juan Talavera at age nine). He studied Flamenco guitar, Music Theory, and Jazz harmony with Berto from ages 13-15yrs old. He has also studied dance in Spain with Domingo Ortega in Madrid. Ryan joins us not only as fellow professional Flamenco artist, but also as a co-music producer, recording engineer, dance choreographer, phenomenal cajon player & percussionist, and now as an amateur cellist on his way to obtaining mastery of the instrument within the new Flamenco idiom.
Also, Berto's long awaited new album "Soniquete de mi Corazon" is currently in production in Santa Barbara with co-producer Ryan Zermeño. The CD release date will be announced soon. It will feature guest artists Jesus Montoya and Carmen de Torres.
Directly after the completion of the new album "Soniquete de mi Corazon", Berto will begin a collaborative album with the famous Gypsy Singer Jesus Montoya (El Geñio Gitano).
BF-PRO is delighted to announce the start of the first annual Buenaventura Guitar Festival set to premiere in 2011.
